Snaptech is a sinking ship. All employees are entirely burnt out and not supported, even when management tries their best. Clients are a poor fit for the company and under charged - employees encouraged to spend more time on clients who are not aligned with the agency’s offerings. This leads to more burnout but don’t they receive compensation increases as companies pay very little . Refusal to invest in sales, growth opportunities or hiring experienced industry professionals to support and nurture overworked team. Company was moved to the offices of a client who ended up parting ways - a hasty, reactive decision.

You are working with the "best" and you will see your own knowledge base and skillset inherently grow thanks to the high-level dialogue that takes place around you. -A large emphasis is put on internal communication, support, and collaboration.
