      - Management gives a ton of trust and room for you to handle things on your own - The team is smaller and as a result, is able to get things done at a much quicker pace than companies that have many hurdles around getting decisions made and plans started. - Allowed remote positions

      - Do the timing of my starting of my employment things were a touch messy as the production lead was on the way out of the company which left a few dozen large scale things to be picked up by a few of us all at varying points in their progression. - In the long run this situation played out nicely, but felt very hectic for a few weeks initially.
