Fun people to work with, interesting work, can take on lots of responsibilities

Wage increases are low and infrequent, no regular employee reviews, little room for growth in the company, favouritism due to it being a family/friend run business, management does not monitor employee workloads = uneven workload distribution for equal/similar pay.

The staff was welcoming and helpful interms of induction of the workplace and in terms of assistance with being farmiliar with the tools and safety procedures that go about using certain chemicals to get the job done in due course.

If the company would offer transportation for some of their staff that are located in informal settlements or increase their hourly rate.
