We're glad you found SoFi's compensation and benefits to be competitive, and are sorry to hear that recent scheduling shifts ended up not working for you. As we have transitioned a vast majority of our workforce to a remote environment, and in order to handle increased requests for member support, we have had to make scheduling changes to remain agile and respond to volume accordingly. We've done everything we can to work with our valued team members, but understand that these changes won't work for everyone.
