Social Driver has changed significantly over the past two years and is better than ever before. They have put more trust in and invested more in leadership as well as experienced talent across the agency. This has allowed each team of experts to work toward a clear vision while accessing the resources necessary to be effective in their roles. We went fully-remote in response to COVID to keep all of our team members safe. Following a survey, sent to the entire agency I think we are eager to hear more about the future of the workplace. We have no doubt that it will be flexible (it was super flexible before COVID)but eager to have more line of sight into safely coworking, team gatherings, office re-openings, etc.
