Flexible working hours and the opportunity to work from home has been the highlight of my internship.

The fast-paced environment, while exhilarating, can also be quite demanding, especially during project deadlines, requiring extra hours to meet expectations. Also there are some loopholes in the communication process which mostly does not hamper productivity if handled correctly but can be an issue in the future.
