There is not a single pro.

This company promises huge earning potential, but in my experience, it was completely unrealistic. It felt more like a pyramid scheme than a legitimate job opportunity. I wasn't told the role was self-employed until my first day of unpaid training, which should have been made clear during the recruitment process. There are also unexpected costs, including £5 a day for travel and £10 a week to use a company tablet, meaning you're paying out money before you've earned much. The advertised hours of 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. are misleading because you don't get paid until 2 p.m., and the daily pay worked out to around £77. The workplace culture was also disappointing. We were constantly told that anyone could be replaced, while being expected to stay positive at all times because "negative mindsets don't get sales." I found this contradictory and demoralising. Overall, I felt the company lacked transparency about the role, the pay structure, and the costs involved. I'd recommend asking plenty of questions before accepting a position.
