No good management its poor, people are everywhere noone is places on a specific task. The bosses rude and always grouchy, you get yelled at for making mistakes, they do not train you if you do not know what your doing and they do not handle incident reports correctly and you'll never get a chance to take you a break you'll be working from the time you get in til the time you get off that's how much they lack teamwork and the pay is ok just enough to get by.
