It's unfortunate to hear about the situation you have described, but it is good to know that you are leading by example and continue to believe in Sodexo's mission. While this is not the typical situation, I would highly encourage you to reach out to your local HR director regarding the incidents with anyone, especially management, speaking negatively to the client or other employees. Additionally, we do have a focus and initiative on women in operations. However, if you're feeling you aren't seeing advancement opportunities, this is also something to speak with Human Resources about, as they can help guide you on developing your competencies and providing feedback so you can ultimately advance your career.
