12yI'm very sorry to hear about your experience. It sounds like you worked at a great unit but that there were a few issues that could have been addressed. Our management teams should be available to guide and support you, so if that was not the case, I would encourage anyone in that situation to reach out to your local HR director for assistance. Additionally, all managers have access to a wide variety of training opportunities, which are highlighted on the Sodexo USA website, with more detailed information on SodexoNet. While I do understand that culture will vary slightly from unit-to-unit, the experience you have described is not typical and should not have happened.
