1.Processes and procedures create friction to work instead of lubrication. 2.Very low man power input. 3.Every effort would be made towards motivating employees by not with respect revising pay and increments. 4.Employee attrition and low manpower input create exhaustion among staff.

In regards to employee Quality of Life, we do offer a variety of resources, which includes training and development that can ultimately help get you where you'd like to be, in terms of your career. I encourage you to discuss with your manager, as well as your HR director, so you're able to develop your management competencies and ultimately move up to a higher level position. That may also be a good time to discuss any thoughts you have on process and procedures, as your manager can provide additional insight on why they exist.
