A long list of cons.
* THEY DON'T PAY SALARIES AT ALL. People who have left are asking for Fnf for years (yes, years).
People still working are "stuck" because their 3 months salary is pending and they'll lose all if resign.
* Top management doesn't have any ethics left. They will do whatever it takes to get more work and pay nothing. Won't reply to your calls/ emails.
* Everyone is leaving. Those staying are looking for job.
* Only few people are paid huge salary to manupulate juniors to work without salary and make them believe company will get 1000 Cr funding soon. LoL
* No real project. Client's never come back because their project is either not delivered or can't handle 1000 users
* HR asks employees to add "fake" reviews. Everyone was asked to add one. (Whatever good reviews you see might be one of them)
* Once you leave the organization, they'll forget you like you ever existed. Doesn't matter if you worked your arse off for them.
* Just a never ending list .....
