Lots of young people which can be a double-edged sword. Most think they are not compensated enough and find trivial things to complain about because they have no clue what it's like to work at other places. There is a definite lack of maturity on some teams and a general sense of entitlement. HR coddles them and turns non-concerns into things that seem huge, which reinforces this bad behaviour.
