I’m writing this review based on the ongoing experiences of a friend who works as Q._ at Softelligenz. The work culture here is extremely toxic and demoralizing. Employees are not treated with basic respect, and there is a complete lack of support from leadership. The CE_ in particular creates a hostile environment by regularly taunting and belittling team members instead of guiding or encouraging them. Constructive feedback is non-existent — only criticism and negativity. It’s disheartening to see talented engineers being mentally drained due to such poor management behavior. There's little to no focus on employee well-being or career growth. Instead of fostering a culture of innovation and teamwork, the leadership style is more about control and fear. If you're a professional looking to grow in a positive and respectful environment, I would strongly advise you to think twice before considering Softelligenz.
