Amazing company to work for. Work life balance, understanding managers, and great peers.

Lack of communication across teams.

Excellent positive company culture that values work life balance and transparency. Even as an intern they immediately let me know what the different positions earned at my first 1-on-1. Despite only being an intern, I always felt respected and that people cared about what I had to say during meetings and when giving critiques.

Only con I can think of is that if you don't like being fully remote then this won't be the company for you
