Good Salary structure, Scope to work on high end projects

Salary not paid and delayed by 3 to 4 months. No company structure exists. Full mayhem. No promotion and increment. IT tax fraudulent.

They don't have any pros worth mentioning.

I was employed at Softlogique IT Solutions for over two years. After my resignation, I served the full notice period as required. However, my pending salary of 1.5 months has still not been cleared to date. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have only received repeated assurances that the payment would be processed, none of which have been honoured. Based on my experience, I would advise potential candidates to exercise caution before joining this company.
