they have neither education nor culture of managing people. Terrible management and excessive micromanagement. Engineering managers do not trust engineers, and similarly, the CTO does not trust the engineering managers or other engineers. The situation in the product team is just as bad, if not worse. But the worst is that they don’t want to hear others; no one's opinion matters to them. They believe the truth is singular, and only they know it.

Great product, people, challenges, and trajectory. You need to have extreme ownership mindset to thrive, then you have lots of fun.

No con, just be aware this is early stage startup - no hand-holding, scaling challenges are behind the corner, priorities might change, rapid pivots may happen.
