I honestly loved the company, the people, the environment, pay etc. but the role was just not for me and I wouldn't be considered for a different role until I reached 1 year of employment. They have CONSTANT opportunities to advance and move up. Very competitive pay and commission. Fun team activities and the people are really cool. Thorough training initially. Easy to earn the commission and hit benchmarks. Flexible schedule. Management is very attentive and usually available. If you have a very sales driven mindset and thick skin, and don't mind being on the phone calling leads all day, you will thrive in this job.

They are very numbers and results driven. 80-100 outbound calls are expected per day. It can be stressful but they give you opportunities to succeed. Very competitive sales mindset. When moving to different markets the training is super quick and is essentially sink or swim when you're live on the phones. The role drained me pretty quickly.

Take home pay went down as you moved up into sales tiers. Harder work, more competition, less pay.
