I watched capable engineers, designers, and product folks walk out one after another, and leadership treated it as no loss. There's a genuine belief at the top that employees exist to comply, not contribute. Morale is low, output suffers, and the company's reputation in the market reflects it. I'd advise anyone considering a role here to think carefully before joining.
