Owners wife was very kind.

The worst part of working at SPS was how they talked a good game of how they could assist customers with their business goals, but did not have the expertise to deliver. This was unfortunate for the customers who bite into the promises made only to find out later and after being highly billed, that SPS fails to deliver. They use untrained low pay offshore staff and put pressure on them to learn a product after a customer signs a contract for services. This has resulted in customers repeatedly walking away unsatisfied.
