Where do I begin? It's called a "solar coaster" because there are so many ups and downs on a daily basis. Management is always changing, communication is terrible between managers and recruiters along with the hire ups. There is no work life balance even though this is what they preach. Be prepared to get a performance plan after two months if you are not meeting your goals even if they aren't attainable. Some managers have their "favorites" and it's well known.
