The pay is very low and insurance benefits were recently reduced. Some of the management personnel do not appreciate the efforts of the employees and they are unaware of the workload. Management does not trust the knowledge of their own team members. Upper Management does not adhere to the company's core values but expects employees to embrace them. Management uses threats to motivate which causes employees to fear them and quit when ever the opportunity allows them to. Management expects team members to posses skills that they have never claimed to possess and when they don't management employs tactics to push that employee to seek out a job change or to quit. The only way to increase pay is through promotion but only certain types are promoted.
