The advantages afforded me in just the last 12 months are SO numerous I'm going to bullet point them: INTEGRITY- I operate in the Sales division and have never experienced such fair and open policies regarding leads and how fairly and consistently they are distributed. In fact, integrity shows up in every department and every aspect of my job. TRANSPARENCY. Any metric necessary to be successful is easily accessed and consistently updated so I know exactly where I'm at in relation to the expectations set forth. TRAINING. Awesome! My prior employment was a decade with a training company and SolarCity provides on-going training from day one that is relevant to my position and rivals a well-established training company who's sole function is to train. COMMUNICATION. From the top down we participate in weekly and monthly state of the company meetings that very concisely convey where we are at, where we're going and exactly how we're going to get there. My immediate supervisor consistently communicates precisely where I'm excelling and where there is room to improve and provides immediate training and coaching and tools necessary to continue to grow and hone my abilities. Exponential growth year over year since our founding in 2006, our goal for 2015 is to again double our client base from 2014 and we are on track to do so. I've personally witnessed more than one person find an area that needed attention and a position was created to fill the need. You can advance quickly and even transfer departments if you desire and meet the criteria.

CHANGE. For some change is hard, others are not willing. If you are not able to embrace change it will be tough. FAST PACE. We operate at Mach 2 EVERY day. CHANGE. I know, I said it twice because we evolve as a company so often and changes are implemented so quickly and even though it is clearly conveyed as changes occur it can be tough. For example we're hiring 400-500 people a MONTH right now and also creating new positions based on the needs of our clients and our company. PERFORMANCE IS A MUST. It should go without saying... The fact is we look forward to meeting and exceeding goals and continually raising our bar. The culture cultivates healthy competition so be ready to do well, then do better!
