You get paid your commission upon installation which can take up to 8 months depending on where your client lives. This is a telemarketing job that pays $11.75 per hour. - Growth: the company is hiring 650+ sales people per MONTH. We help a customer go solar roughly every 3 minutes. So basically the company has between 5000-6000 sales people throughout the company (with no designated territory). this means roughly 5000 people go home every day having made no real money. This is an $11.75/hour telemarketing job. -Expected 50-70 hour work weeks.
