Lots of snacks and a great break room. Attempts to make the workplace fun, especially considering how depressing the office itself can be. Equity stake in the company is intriguing especially when for referrals.

- Terrible policies, that only serve to protect the business (to be expected) - Training leads you to believe the role is to be an advocate for the customer. Really the expectation is just to listen to the customer gripe, acknowledge the problem, then tell the customer why they are misinformed (which in many instances is the right thing to do but often the repetitive nature of the work leads to true issues never being solved because they are just ignored from the get go) - Everyone is brainwashed. You either buy in or your don't.
