None really, no complaints, just overall excellent

I have worked for Solartime for a few years now, and the amount of learning I have done is enormous. The company has been growing, and us employees with it. The team is very close together and the goal is to treat our customers like family, and thats what we try to do with all the coworkers too. Making sure people are successful and progress in their skills and grow. What i truly love about working here is that i get to know our customers and become friends with them, and that truly pays off. It makes coming to work so much more exciting when you have a team and a clientele that helps you grow every day!

With a growing company, there is growing pains, and as long as we stick together as a team, things will keep getting better and better. We have had some rather untruthful employees that caused some drama, but the team that has been here longest is our core and helps us grow daily!
