The people in the local branch are good and quality people who are fun to work with, it is important to note that the vast majority of employees work for the company before it was acquired by SolarWinds

After a conversation we had with him one of the very senior executives called us and said very clearly "what the CTO said on issue X is a complete lie" More than once or twice people complained about him in "Ask me everything" meetings with senior management * Since the resignation of the previous CEO there have been incessant changes in the management, in the last six months I have had 3 group leaders change * The amount of RSU for new employees is ridiculous, allotment of shares is done only at the end of the 4 years and not as part of annual reviews. shares are vested once a year and not every quarter after the first year * Currently there is a mass resignation of employees all over the world from junior employees to very senior executives

Amazing office space in Charlotte with a strong emphasis on work-life balance. There are plenty of social events and networking opportunities that help employees stay engaged and build relationships across different business units. The recent IT reorganization has created a unique opportunity to participate in system and process design initiatives. While this level of change and transformation may not appeal to everyone, it offers valuable experience for those who enjoy shaping new processes and driving organizational improvements. I am optimistic about the direction of the organization and confident in the vision and leadership of the new IT management team.
