Processes still maturing. As the company scales, workflows and approval chains can get murky. Decision-making sometimes slows things down, and priorities can shift mid-project.
Resourcing gaps. Ambitious goals occasionally outpace the headcount and tooling available, which puts pressure on the creative team to do more with less.
Career-pathing could be clearer. Growth opportunities exist but aren't always well-defined; more structure around progression and feedback would help.
