People constantly on sick leave You are paid to work 40 hours but people are working 50 - 60 hours as they are afraid to get fired if they don't manage to finish their tasks Cold-hearted, greedy, selfish management who only cares about getting more money without taking care of their employees It's end of March and lots of people have already reassigned or being kicked out One of the members of the board was forced to leave the company beginning of the year Another employee was kicked out without notice period (he was told to leave all sB belongings and leave the building). Though he was over a year in the company solarisBank treated him like a criminal. No one really understood why he was fired as he was liked by his colleagues and did a good job. Now there are a lot of rumors and people are scared to be the next person being "managed out" If you are a women be prepared that you will be exposed to sexist jokes no matter how much effort you put in your job. It's very usual that people comment behind your back that you were just hired because of your look Unhappy customers and no one cares to improve the customer's satisfaction The current Google reviews of sB are 2.5* and they would be even lower if employees wouldn't give 5* reviews (Please note that this falls under the Conflict of Interest section of Google's review policies and is not allowed).
