I am not required to write this review. I am doing it because this is the standard I expect from our team. If we ask employees to speak up, own their experience, and lead with courage, I should do the same. If I did not believe this is a five star organization, I would not be here. You are expected to perform. Feedback is direct. If you avoid coaching, you will struggle. Change moves fast. Priorities shift as the organization adapts. Ownership sits with you. Excuses do not last long. Growth pace creates pressure. Comfort is not the goal.
