We are also continuously improving our career growth and development processes, with a focus on making them more transparent and easier to understand for our employees. As for project opportunities, the company currently has around 50 active projects of various sizes and domains. Like any outsourcing company, some projects come to an end while new ones begin, but we always work to ensure stability and provide our specialists with new opportunities. - Terrible Management & Lack of Empathy: Local leadership completely ignores the needs and well-being of their employees. Decisions are made coldly, with zero regard for how they negatively impact people’s actual lives. - Unethical Document Schemes & False Priorities: The company loves to boast about organizing numerous social events and initiatives, yet they force employees to pay out of their own pockets for standard employment documentation. Management refuses to cover these minor, trivial expenses costs that the employer is legally obligated to handle. - No Work-Life Balance (Intrusion on Sick Leaves & Weekends): There is a toxic culture of disregarding personal boundaries. Expect to be repeatedly contacted and disturbed with work-related questions during your weekends and while on official sick leave. - Corporate Hypocrisy: There is a massive disconnect between reality and the official narrative. While local management ruins lives with toxic decisions behind closed doors, upper leadership hosts general meetings talking about how "excellent" and successful everything is. - Toxic Favoritism & Protectionism: Seniority in terms of tenure is valued over actual competence. Management constantly shields and defends long-term employees, completely ignoring the fact that they make outright nonsensical or destructive decisions on projects. - Below-Market Salaries & Stagnant Growth: Compensation is noticeably lower than the market average for similar roles. Getting a promotion or a well-deserved salary increase is incredibly difficult and frustratingly bureaucratic.
