Very great people to work with - my colleagues are friendly, funny, approachable, and come from diverse backgrounds and experiences. Fast paced, high energy Leadership is very approachable!

The company could benefit from more processes across the board - which I can see are being put in place as I speak. You have to be comfortable with ambiguity and taking calculated risks. With a lot of new comers joining the company - many with titles that are not self explanatory, it can be a guessing game learning about what each person is responsible for. Vacation and benefit policies are in start up phase.

The joy of working at SoleSavy starts with the people. I joined when it was a 10 person company and through all of the growth, one thing has remained the same: we hire high-character people who are driven by passion. The fast-paced/high-growth environment is perfect for those looking to grow with a company. Not often in our careers do we get to be part of something that is the first of its kind and SoleSavy is allowing me to do that in an industry I love.

Working from home comes with pros and cons and like many others, I am still trying to find the right routine. SoleSavy has provided me with the resources I need to continue to have a balanced WFH schedule.

-Remote -Interesting business model -Inviting co-workers -Fast-paced environment -Rewarding work for those that love sneakers

-The CEO is delusional, every decision he makes is to feed his own ego -Advice of employees not heeded -Hypocritical leadership -Mass layoffs due to salaries, not performance (just a couple of weeks after the company blew funds on a retreat no one wanted to go on) -No growth plans for employees -Work-life balance is close to nonexistent -Speaking up is frowned upon -Favoritism to certain employees (a few received promotions just before mass layoffs) -HR is unhelpful -Many useless employees, you have to work around the many shortcomings of others
