      This is a pyramid scheme! Employment ads are totally misleading! The turn over rate is ridiculous. This is a DOOR TO DOOR COMMISSION sales job. Office is located in white plains NY but you're expected to drive an additional 90 mins north to knock on doors. This is more than a full time job. hours are 10am-7:30pm to then drive 90 mins home!

      We appreciate your feedback. We are saddened to hear that you had a negative experience working here. Our company works off of a lead-based campaign with leads provided by our client. We meet face-to-face with customers at their homes because that is where the service is going to be provided.       The freedom here is incredible. I am a very self-motivated and independent person and I thrive with performance-based awards, so the environment of Soledad is perfect for me. The culture here provides a really nice balance between independent work and teamwork. I love that I can work on my own and for the most part, work at my own pace and determine my own results, but I also love the team pow wows, the energy and camaraderie are really great.

      This job is only for people who are very self-motivated. If you need constant supervision or uplifting, this is not for you. I have seen people come and go, because they were just not the right fit for our company culture and they couldn't motivate themselves to do well.
