Holiday pay, work hours, small school

Very stressful position, toxic environment, staff hates each other, poor management, heavy work load, micro managements, poor communication skills.

Families and students that attend school are very nice. Co workers are great and the school is well maintained.

Owners can be overwhelming and micro manage. When they give feedback it comes off demeaning. They also pick favorites in the work place.
