Nice and friendly people, greate corporate culture

Strict budget for each project meaning you have to plan and report every single hour of your work daily to fit into the budget estimates Not an ideal place of work for family people with kids. A few times I was not allowed to leave work when my kid got sick - the reason was because we were having all hands meeting which is a big no no to skip.

High work demands, and micromanagement. No room for growth
