10yWe hold daily standups to help us Think 80/20 within each team; each month there is a town hall team communication to keep employees updated on information across the organization. We do have annual merit reviews in the spring of each year as long as the Company is achieving. We also ask employees to follow an uncommon onboarding where they LISTEN, LEARN & ASK ... and make it their responsibility to get what they need for assimilation in a new role or new mission. We are not perfect, but we strive to help each other and help everyone to be successful!!
