Awful. Seriously a prison - Recensione dipendente - Customer Service Representative presso Solera

They pick favorites there. They don't give you a raise no matter how long you work there for. They go by an awful point system even if someone in the family has passed away. They hire so many unintelligent people. The way they treat people is very poor and unfair. Turnover rate is insane... I understand why. Would NEVER recommend to anyone. No one there is happy.
