Vantaggi

Free beer. we all know there ain't such thing, read the cons very carefully Loads of money for the best actors

Svantaggi

Sole purpose of R3PI: be Solera Holdings marketing flagship. Feed social media accounts with shiny pictures, heavily used by HR and PRs. New potential Solera customers are invited here to see how cool and shiny Solera is. They visit the grounds and everybody put on a show for them Making software ain't the goal developers are only hired for the show. Think: monkeys in a zoo Storytelling on awesome ongoing projects is about as realistic as the scenario of a low budget porn movie Good actors must accept to swallow their pride, be ready to lie, put aside their technical knowledge and work on meaningless tasks at nights and weekends. At R3PI, this is called having the right mindset. These are your daily tasks. Building software isn't part of them. Marketing budget ain't unlimited anymore, the future of this show is becoming uncertain. As a first step, the London office is slowly being dismantled.

Vantaggi

None that I can think of.

Svantaggi

The company has significant issues that make it difficult to recommend as a long-term workplace. HR support is virtually non-existent, leaving employees without meaningful assistance when concerns arise. Favoritism appears to influence decisions more than performance or merit, creating an unfair work environment. There are very few opportunities for career growth, and many employees find themselves in stagnant roles with little chance for advancement. Even when employees consistently exceed expectations and earn recognition, raises are infrequent or nonexistent, making it difficult to feel valued for hard work. Additionally, there is a noticeable lack of professionalism at the management level. Communication, accountability, and leadership standards need significant improvement. Overall, the company would benefit from investing in stronger leadership, a more effective HR department, and a culture that rewards performance fairly.
