Micro managing people is not something we believe in at cap hpi, but we do understand that, for some people who prefer that way of working, cap hpi might not be the best place for them. But you’ll have regular meetings with your managers and peers as part of your regular routine to be able to openly provide opinion, suggestion and voice concern, all of which is gratefully received and accepted here. To respond to your specific query on pay, we benchmark our salaries for all roles against peer groups, relevant industry sectors and the general marketplace, both locally and nationally to ensure we offer a competitive salary and benefits package. This may be less than some organisations, but bigger than others and of course, any new employee coming on board is fully aware of the package they’ll receive when offered the role.
