- Was unfortunately laid off due to low bottom line, but no fault to the company. Still an extremely great team to work with and recommend everyone take an opportunity with this team.

If you like being "a member of the family" this place is likely for you. They (overly, in my opinion) encourage personal connection with your co-workers, diving into your personal life that at times feel inappropriate. They do have a variety of clients, however, that can keep things interesting.

Autonomy is neither liked nor encouraged; no matter how successful you have been and even are in your role, if you're not doing it the "Soliant Way" you're doing it wrong.
