1. Unplanned recruitment leading to firing employees. 2. Newly joined management level staff tries to show that they are doing something by pulling legs of new/old employees rather than having let's do attitude. 3. Not a good environment to work longer Please have some plan before hiring any employee. Firing employees does not show that you are doing very good job. For god's sake have some onboarding plan for new employee.

Thank you for the advice and sincere feedback. People are top priority for Solibri and retaining the right skill is important. During the last few years Solibri has not fired anyone, however some people have not seen as good fit to the organisation during the trial period and were not made permanent. In some cases Solibri has together with the employee agreed to help them move forward in their career. It is unfortunate if this is not communicated clearly and is seen as firing. Onboarding is important and we need to make sure we improve this in the future.

No clear direction or vision from management. No one knows what the company is doing or headed, management is shuffling around the engineers in a sad attempt to keep them happy. Tons of great projects get tossed around, shut down, and picked up years later.
