5yThank you for the advice and sincere feedback. People are top priority for Solibri and retaining the right skill is important. During the last few years Solibri has not fired anyone, however some people have not seen as good fit to the organisation during the trial period and were not made permanent. In some cases Solibri has together with the employee agreed to help them move forward in their career. It is unfortunate if this is not communicated clearly and is seen as firing. Onboarding is important and we need to make sure we improve this in the future.
