      It's as bad as the reviews sound. The good reviews are HR, Marketing, and AE's that are presurred into it. A dumpster fire. Literally on the verge of collapse.

      Operation director. Backstabbing. Toxic environment. They brought in someone from the fulfillment side to serve as Director of Operations. Since then, not only has fulfillment suffered, but overall operations have as well. He lacks experience in team management and frequently relies on his team members for guidance.
