Management Some decisions were taken without listen to employers, who were hired to try to do their best, and that affects to how the business goes. They don't work on team motivation, and that makes the environment very vicious. When I decided to tell I was leaving after finding a new job opportunity (better conditions for me, and also better paid), I had to face very unprofessional actitudes coming from the management, who didn't allow me to use my remaining holidays, even when I told the company that I wanted to use my days and not receive the money.

At the time I was working there, there was a micromanagement and complete lack of trust towards an employee. I was fired through "despido improcedente". which is basically an unlawful dismissal. That's how they did it back then. Apart from that, the salary was quite miserable, you would expect more from such a company.
