3 CEOs in 9 months. 3 different bosses in one year. 20% below target 2022 revenue for 2 years in a row. Promise of change for two years. Failed acquisitions. Entitled attitudes and general rude behavior among a lot of employees. New positions being created and they aren’t needed. Spousal benefits were cut a year ago. Under paid, especially knowing some of the salaries of people coming in to the organization. More than half of salespeople are lazy and do not drive business. Partners ask employees to violate noncompetes with their former employers. DEI is nonexistent. Layoffs two years in a row. The company claims they are experts in projects and then scrambles to staff any project won and do so with people they’ve never worked with.
