Was at Soluis few years ago so some people moved on but from time I was there was a great team most people really supportive and friendly. Projects exciting and good clients most all great to work with. Paid overtime. Atmosphere and office were great. Good location in city centre

Strange attitude from management about some things. Poor pay. Pirating software was standard and everyone seemed to know but not bother, worse looking back than I thought about at the time. Bad attitude and just nastyness from just a few people about other staff felt unpleasant at times and again seemed was normal. Some projects badly managed. Better management needed in general.
