Soluto is an amazing place. Fitting the company's no-ego atmosphere and DNA is an important part of the hiring policy, so you're always surrounded by great people. The organization is open for experimentation and will let you do the things you love doing. There is a good balance between the quickly changing and dynamic work that is done, and the long term vision. Working in that environment keeps challenging your work (and this could be a pro or a con, depending on your character - I find it positive) It's a dog friendly, party loving company. Great treats, small and big such as holiday gifts, summer events and a company vacation.
