Great culture, autonomous work environment with a great leadership team.

As with many start-ups the little things like company cards and other benefits are not as established as with Fortune 500 companies

Pay reasonable, human resources responsive. Product seems neat.

No product fit. No direction. No idea where they’re going or what they’re planning. Managers seem to make decisions arbitrarily and don’t really seem to care about new hires. Incredibly male-dominated and misogynistic culture. In a market this competitive, look elsewhere. They aren’t really ready for prime time.
