-I love the team culture. It's not a massive company so they really try to make sure that they hire people that will work well together. -The clients that we do work for are also really great. The work we do makes an impact across NZ -I like that we take time to celebrate all the work we do as a team. It's a really supportive environment

The leadership team are always really good at listening to any issues we have and actioning any changes when necessary so I don't have any major complaints from my time with Somar

Enjoyable place to work with a bunch of great people. Career progression has been good and encouraged. Great clients and enjoyable projects which are fairly varied. Team is happy to look at and discuss which technologies we should be using which means we have a good mix of using existing tech and trying new things.

Not many that I can think of. Some policies aren't put into place until the need for them arises, but that makes sense for a small (and growing) company.
