      Management is great. They always recognize your achievements: big or small. They are always ready to lend a helping hand when you're struggling at work. Compensation is competitive, to be honest. I've been working at Shepherd for over a year now, and I can say they really value the people behind the success of the company. Ever since I worked here, I found working remotely truly-life changing! A work-life balance, indeed! Highly recommended!
