Results are what is important to this company so as long as you are doing a good job helping the company meet their goals, they will take very good care of you. Both the people at the small office in Ann Arbor and the team at the HQ in Switzerland are very talented and very easy to work with. Everyone works well as a team so you will always feel well supported even at a satellite office. Top management in this company is very "human" oriented and not a bunch of robots trying to advance their careers. My experiences dealing with the BU managers, Division Directors, and the CEO was very positive. Always felt like they wanted the job done well but also very concerned that I was well taken care of and had some time for family.

Small organization in Ann Arbor doesn't give you a clear path for growth, however, if the company does grown business in North America and you are a part of this, there will be some opportunities for you to grow with the company.

The best characteristic is the flexibility with work hours. The U.S. office has a great team and the foreign coworkers that come to the U.S. are really good people to work with.
